Authentication

Savematic uses Firebase Authentication (email and password). We store your email address for login purposes only. We do not use your email for marketing, newsletters, or any other purpose.

Data Stored in Your Account

When you use Savematic with an account, the following data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (our database):

• • Wishlist items (names, prices, Amazon URLs)
• • Income sources
• • Expenses
• • Savings settings and sales tax rate

Product Price Cache

Amazon product titles, prices, and images are cached to serve all users faster. This data is NOT personal — it is shared product information. Product cache data is not deleted when you delete your account because it is not tied to any individual user.

Browser Extension

The Savematic browser extension reads product information (title, price, image) from supported retailer product pages you visit, including Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Newegg, Target, eBay, Etsy, Home Depot, Lowe's, GameStop, B&H Photo, Adorama, and PCPartPicker. It does not track your browsing history and does not collect any personal data.

Data Deletion

You can delete your personal data (income, expenses, wishlist items) at any time from the Settings page. You can also delete your entire account. Product cache data (prices, images, titles) is shared across all users and is not deleted with your account.

Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to display relevant advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other websites.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings .

Ezoic

We partner with Ezoic for ad optimization and delivery. Ezoic uses AI technology to test and optimize ad placements for the best user experience and revenue.

What Ezoic Collects

Ezoic and its advertising partners may collect the following data:

EU/EEA Users

If you are in the EU or EEA, you will see a consent popup when visiting the site. Declining consent prevents personalized ads from being shown, but you may still see non-personalized advertisements.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location (country/city level). This data helps us understand which calculators are most useful and how we can improve.

GA4 uses cookies to distinguish unique users and sessions. No personally identifiable information is collected.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on .

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with our calculators through heatmaps and session recordings. This helps us identify usability issues and improve the calculator experience.

Clarity masks all sensitive input fields by default, meaning your calculator inputs (numbers, financial data) are never captured in recordings. Clarity does not collect personally identifiable information.
